In case the product is defective, the client may exercise his right to demand from Tienda Matador according to corresponds, the replacement or the termination of the contract with the consequent refund of the total amount of item price and shipping costs, these steps will be free for the customer.

Items that have been used or tampered with will not be accepted under warranty.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days, counting from the order delivery date, to return it. (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of ordination of the retail trade modified by law 47/2002 of December 19.). After communicating your desire to make the return via e-mail, we will indicate the address to which you must send the package. You just have to deliver the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including labels and instructions of their use in case they existed. It is very important that you return the perfectly packaged product (s) to us.

In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. No USED ​​items will never be accepted. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and check that it give all the above conditions, Tienda Matador will accept the return of the product and proceed to payment of the same by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client.

The return of the purchase amount will not include the shipping costs, nor the costs that the form could include chosen payment: as a card or paypal, and a charge of 10% of the purchase amount will be applied for expenses  administration and handling.

The guarantee of all products is six from the date of the purchase invoice. It will not count as damaged product the wear and tear of the article due to its normal use, especially in the case of footwear, or inappropriate.

Please note that Tienda Matador does not accept the receipt of freight shipments; before doing any return or exchange, please contact us.

The customer must obtain and retain a signed copy of the delivery documentation provided by the carrier at the time of collection.

The return costs will be borne by the customer, so you can freely choose the agency transportation to make the return.


Request your return via email to within 7 working days from the date on you received the purchased item. Please, let us know in this email the order number and the reason for the which returns the item.

Matador Store reserves the right to accept or not, a refund requested after the deadline.

Once your return request is received, you can freely choose the agency for the return of the package.

Then prepare the package to be sent in its original packaging. Any item must go with its label corresponding, and in its original packaging or wrapping that must be in perfect condition. Items not they must have been used. The return must meet all these conditions for it to be accepted.

Once the item is received in our offices and inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the exchange or return and indicating again the moment in which your article leaves our Offices.

From this date, we will have 15 working days to reimburse you for the purchase. The refund will normally be made by bank transfer.


In case of controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or compliance of these Particular Purchase Conditions, these will be resolved before the judges and courts corresponding to the customer / user address.

These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the user.
